Good morning, I put an item up for sale, just like I also did on Subito marketplace, but it happened that someone bought this product even though I had already sold it in the meantime and, not having checked my email, I didn’t collect the amount so that it would be refunded. Now, though, who is asking me to pay €12 for the shipping cost of the product I didn’t send — is this step correct?

Mentore9 months agoIf you're referring to the electric guitar you sold on November 18, you should have canceled the sale.
Since you didn't cancel the sale (within the 30 days you had available to do so), ebay is now asking you (rightly) for its fees.
