Failure to credit the fees
Good morning, since it is impossible to communicate with ebay.. I would like to know why after a buyer sent the item back, I was not credited with the fees incurred for the sale? Since I would be refunding the buyer. The fee costs would be about €7, not an insignificant amount..

Mentore3 years agoI would add that if you don't close the procedure yourself... voluntarily... but eBay closes it, the refund of the fees will not be made to you.

Mentore3 years agoUntil you complete the return procedure with the refund, you definitely won’t get the selling fees credited back.

OP3 years agoThe return and refund have been completed, but I still haven't seen the credit for the €7 fees!
