OP3 years agoHi Mario, first of all thanks for your reply. I already roughly knew how the eBay refund works. But at the moment it still doesn’t appear for me under ''other actions'' in reference to the item, the option to have eBay step in and request the refund. Why is that? Maybe because it tells me the possible arrival date is July 10? even though I believe the item hasn’t been shipped anyway. Thanks

You have to wait until the presumed delivery date has passed... so the option to open a request will appear to you from July 11.
