failed to enter pickup code - pickup point | Questions and answers among users

Good evening, I would like to report that the pickup point did not correctly mark the code that I had picked up the item I purchased.

I am in fact receiving reminder emails from eBay urging me to pick up the item, when in reality the item was picked up already a week ago...

How is it best to handle cases like this??

There are no problems for you, but to be fair to the seller, it’s better to urge the pickup point to do what’s due.
