Invoice not sent

I bought an item with the seller's offer, but before accepting I asked if they shipped it (since the listing said local pickup), and they confirmed they could do it but it would cost 10 euros.
So I accepted and requested the updated invoice, but I've written three times asking to receive the invoice and the seller hasn't replied to me. Now eBay is telling me that I have to complete the payment by April 19, but how am I supposed to pay if this doesn't send me the invoice? eBay only sends me the one for the offer with local pickup. (I would like to communicate with the staff to clarify, but as usual eBay is too rigid in its messages).

Mentore1 year agoIf the seller doesn't provide shipping in the listing, they can't send you the invoice with shipping... because it's not предусмотрed.
Ask them to cancel the sale and recreate the listing with shipping.
