Shipping cost not paid
Hello,
I bought a motorcycle battery and the seller sent me a different one that is not suitable for my motorcycle. I returned it and saw that the seller did not send me a shipping label and asked me to ship it, saying he would reimburse me afterward. Now he has reimbursed me in two installments for the cost of the battery, but the shipping cost is still missing. The seller tells me he can't do it, and for eBay it seems resolved. What can be done in these cases? Thanks

if the purchasing error was yours, you are not entitled to any refund of the return shipping.
If, on the other hand, the error of sending you a different item was the seller's, it was he who should have arranged the pickup or paid you in advance for the shipping, and if he didn't, you should have had ebay step in... DO NOT ship at your own expense.
You will therefore have a very hard time, if not an almost impossible one, getting that amount back.
