Refund not received
Good morning,
how do I get the refund.
The company says they sent me the amount via PayPal on 30/08, but as of today nothing. It seems very strange to me.
I want to contact eBay to get the amount.
Can you give me a hand, thanks

Mentore2 years agoFrom the attached photo, it looks like you already got the refund in your PayPal account.
Check your PayPal account, see if there's any trace of a bank transfer received from eBay.
The delays you're experiencing are probably due to the transfer of the money from PayPal to your card or to your current account.
