HYDROGEN PEROXIDE 5 L 130 VOLUMES BLEACHING OXIDIZING HYDROGEN PEROXIDE
I purchased the product in question in July 2023, but a few days after payment I was asked for the VAT number, which I do not have. I therefore asked the supplier to issue me a refund. I was reassured that they would carry out the checks and then possibly proceed with the refund. The messages kept piling up after that, and a little while ago I submitted a request on the eBay portal, but it was always deleted by the AI, probably because of the time that had passed since the order.
The amount is relatively small since it is 40€, but not being able to speak with a portal representative made me give up on buying any other product, even with the other active accounts.
