No refund from EBAY for an undelivered item
Good morning everyone,
I opened a dispute with EBAY FRance for a purchase not received. The seller stated that I rejected the parcel 11 times (11 times!!) ! Which is not true. There isn't even proof that the parcel entered Italy.
Because of the rejection reason, Ebay France won't reimburse me for the item that never arrived, and Ebay Italy can't do anything except request another response. Do you have any advice for me?
I am truly discouraged.

you should have opened a report in Italy... not in France!
