Hello everyone, I bought a Dyson Supersonic hair dryer from the Ebay seller dysonofficial on April 29, 2025. On May 10, 2025 I sent a message to the seller to exercise my right of withdrawal and I was given a DHL label. I sent the product, which was received at their warehouse on May 19, 2025. On May 21, 2025 the seller confirmed that they had issued the refund. As of today, August 14, 2025, I have not received the money and there is no trace of it even after checking bank statements. I asked for a transaction code to verify where the money ended up, but the seller does not reply to messages on Ebay, while Ebay support is not helpful. I contacted Dyson support but after 2 months I’m just being bounced around and even they are unable to give me a transaction code, same thing for Paypal. Do you have any ideas on how I can proceed? Thanks.
