No refund for undelivered goods
On 21/09/2023 e.Bay informed me that due to an unforeseen lack of availability of a product, the seller would refund the amount paid within three to 5 days. Thirty days after the notification, the refund still has not been made, and e-bay has not provided any response to the request to remind the seller.

Mentore2 years agoIf ebay has notified you of the refund, the refund has been initiated.
Ebay issues it within 2 business days, then the refund follows the same path as the payment, but in reverse.
So check the transactions on your account and/or on your credit card.
If you’re having trouble, you can ask ebay customer service for the refund TRN. With that code, your bank should be able to trace it.
