Partial refund not issued for item that arrived damaged.
Good morning, I received an item damaged due to improper handling by Global shipping in USA and the item, even though it was well packed at the origin, arrived to me with broken pieces not because of improper handling by the couriers but evidently because the center that receives the goods opens the packages, checks them, and ships them abroad.
With photos in hand before and after, eBay does not want to hear about giving me a partial refund because they say these are things that can be repaired or replaced. They have closed my appeal definitively. In practice, they care more about sellers than buyers because from the various hints and instructions it seems they protect them more, maybe I'm wrong.
