Failed pickup on the scheduled purchase date paid by credit card as an unregistered user | Questions and answers among users

Good morning, last March 30, 2023 I made a purchase on the eBay website paid for with a credit card as an unregistered user. The delivery date indicated in the order confirmation email was April 6, 2023. As of today, April 8, 2023, I have not received the notice to go to the pickup point, indicated in the order, to collect the parcel. I checked the information as per the information on the eBay web page "Get help if you bought an item as an unregistered user" and everything appears to be correct. The payment has already been charged to the bank account. From the Poste Italiane website, with the shipment number retrieved from the "Track shipment" link on the "Order Details" page, the package appears to have been delivered on April 3, 2023 (see attached jpeg file "Shipping result" ). I also went to the pickup point and they know nothing about it. So I went to the central Poste Italiane office in my city (the same city as the pickup point). The clerk at the "Parcels and shipments" counter, after checking, was unable to provide any information. I should point out that I had given him a copy of the shipping result mentioned above. At this point in my account I add that, today April 8, 2023, from the eBay pages, as an unregistered user, to contact the seller I am redirected to the "Enter a password" page. Now, to close, a few questions: 1) If I made a purchase as an unregistered user, why do I have to open an account to contact the seller and inform them that the shipment has not arrived? 2) How can I inform the seller as an unregistered user? 3) Who is assistance provided to for my purchase as an unregistered user, and in what way?
