Mentore3 years agoContacting eBay is very easy... scroll down the following link to the bottom and choose the option you prefer:

OP3 years agoThanks for writing to me. The problem arises from the fact that I can't send the report to eBay regarding a purchase I didn't receive, because I placed the order without registering on my profile and so the system, when I enter the order number, doesn't recognize it and won't let me open the report. If instead I had the orders visible from my profile, like a competitor.....the issue would be solved.
