Return mechanism
Good morning, is it normal that 5 days after handing an item over at the post office to make a return (on 18/01, I have a receipt proving it), I keep getting emails from eBay warning me that the time to return it is about to expire and that it still doesn't show that I have started the return process? Am I at risk of not getting a refund?

Mentore1 year agoGood morning,
if you don't manually enter the package tracking in the return procedure, of course that's normal!
So, if you don't enter it and confirm that you've shipped it, you really risk not getting a refund!
Kind regards.

OP1 year agoThanks, now I get it, but the problem is that I don't know where to insert this tracking, because when I go to view "check the refund status" it tells me that it can't find any object
