MERCHANDISE PURCHASED PAID FOR NEVER RECEIVED
I BOUGHT FROM THE SELLER *** A SILVER RING WITH EMERALD AND A PAIR OF SILVER AND RUBY EARRINGS THAT WERE SHIPPED TOGETHER. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING YET AND AFTER SEVERAL CLAIMS I AM WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM THE CARRIER
BUT IN THE MEANTIME EBAY IS CLOSING MY CLAIM BECAUSE 21 DAYS HAVE PASSED SINCE IT WAS OPENED. BUT WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO WITH ALL THIS WHY DIDN'T EBAY FIND OUT MORE BEFOREHAND
BEFORE CLOSING THE DISPUTE GIVEN THAT I HAVE ALWAYS POSTED ALL THE STEPS I HAVE TAKEN.
WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW???

Mentore2 years agoNothing... if you haven't interacted in the open request and therefore haven't asked eBay to step in, now you really can't do anything... or check whether you can open a new dispute on PayPal's site or get assistance from your bank for a chargeback.

Mentore2 years agoWhat does eBay have to do with it if you don't even bother to find out how the disputes you open work. If you don't explicitly ask eBay to step in by the 21st day, the process closes automatically and it's no longer possible to open others (on eBay).

Open a case with the payment method you used (on PayPal's site or with your credit card provider), but this time at least read how it works first.
