Goods not yet delivered
The buyer still hasn't delivered the goods to me because he tells me he doesn't have a bank account where the money can be sent and he would like to enter his father's bank account, but you don't allow him to do that.
What should we do?
I made the payment on 22/12/22 and I still haven't received the goods
Should I ask for a refund or will you take care of resolving the seller's problem so the money can be sent to his father's account.

Mentore3 years agoAnyway, it would be impossible for him to be paid into someone else’s account, even if it were his father’s.
So, as suggested by Sika, ask for a refund.

Mentore3 years agoYou’re writing on a public forum made up of users like you... not to eBay support, so none of us can take your request on board.
If the seller is inexperienced, unfortunately you can’t force them to do anything, but if you haven’t received the item you paid for, open a claim:
Get help for an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
Then it will be the seller's problem...
