goods never delivered and refund gone along with the money
Summary: giusfab93 made a purchase on eBay.it for a speed control module for a Jeep Compass, paying with an ING card. After making the payment, the seller stopped responding, and the goods, which were expected to be delivered on May 4, had not been received by August 2. In addition, giusfab93 did not receive a refund of the amount paid.
On 24/04/2026 I made a purchase on the eBay.it website, order number 01-16561-87372. The item I bought was: Cruise Control Sensor Adaptive Speed Module For Jeep Compass 2017-18
at a price of US $188,31, equal to about € 167,81. For payment I used my ING rechargeable card.
The payment was made on 24/04/2026 for the amount of € 167,81. After the payment the seller no longer responded.
I tried to contact him via the eBay chat but did not receive any replies.
It says that the goods were supposed to be "Delivered Mon. 4 May" but as of today 02/08/2026 I have received nothing and no refund either.

Too late, you should have acted within 30 days from the presumed delivery date.
