As an Ebay customer for countless years, I have sadly had to verify that on 2 occasions the items I regularly purchased (and paid for) did not arrive, which shows a flaw in the service, meaning that suppliers are not carefully selected (the support system is very cumbersome). What’s more, the first one, although shipped and tracked, was lost at some point. The last product I purchased months ago (order no. 02-13026-26269) was never delivered to me. Naturally, I will no longer buy goods on this site.

Mentore1 year agoEbay doesn't sell anything and therefore can't check every single seller; in fact, every listing says: The seller assumes full responsibility for putting the item up for sale.
That said, it would have been enough to read how the marketplace works to ask ebay for help within the correct time frame.
