Good afternoon, a month and a half ago I bought a phone case, but it never arrived because it was returned to the sender. However, according to Poste Italiane tracking, it is still marked as in transit and not returned to the sender, who would be willing to resend it to a different address. What can I do? Can I ask the sender for a refund, or do I need to open a dispute for non-delivery of the item? Thanks
