I bought some goods through Ebay as always, goods that never arrived. On the carrier's website they posted the delivery slip with my signature forged and also a different tracking number.
I first contacted the shipping company through a complaint and never received a reply, then I contacted the seller who sided with the shipping company and finally Ebay, which assured me not to worry about the money because I am covered by Ebay's guarantee.
The moral of the story is that after a few days Ebay wrote to me saying that the dispute had been closed.
Incredible: even with a different tracking number posted on the shipping website and my signature forged, Ebay sides with the seller and, I think, hopefully not also with the shipper.
I wrote that I will turn to a lawyer or a consumer association as soon as possible.
Ebay has betrayed me; when I finish dealing with this problem I will also close the account.
It's not Ebay like it used to be

Mentore1 year agoEbay didn't betray you, but it can't do anything if someone has forged your signature.
You must immediately file a report in which you deny that signature so as to cancel the delivered status of the shipment.
