Hello, I have not received the goods, even though I got the message that the goods were delivered, with the date and time included. The seller. I confirm the shipment with a photo of the package. The post office tells me it shows as delivered. What should I do?

Ask the seller to kindly send you a copy of their shipping receipt.

Check the address and tracking number.

If they match, it means the courier has certified (with photo proof) that a package with that tracking number was delivered to your address.
If the address doesn’t match, there was some mistake and you can ask for a refund.
