So it’s obvious that the damage to the case, which is completely cracked, was already there before shipping and the photos, attached to the listing, were taken before the damage. The little toothy CD holder is completely crumbled. In the condition description it’s specified that it should be intact instead, as should the rest of the case! Any suggestions on how to resolve the issue??
