Protecting yourself from any claims by the buyer
Good morning everyone,
I need to ship 20 books and magazines to a user whose feedback I checked and I was shocked. Out of about 300 feedback left, 200 are negative, many of which talk about complaints, legal action, etc. over items not matching the description.
My material was listed as new (some pieces are still in the original cellophane) and that is what they are, in perfect condition.
Do you think there is a way to protect myself from any fraudulent disputes? I was thinking about a video where I record the images of packing the box to be shipped, but besides the time I would spend at home (I would have to flip through all the pages of the books and magazines and then start packing), it would be unthinkable to do everything in one continuous take without ever stopping until the package is handed over at the post office.
I know it’s a question that is almost impossible to answer, but maybe some of you have already been through this kind of situation and can give me some advice.
Thanks

Mentore2 years agoThere’s no way to protect yourself, especially if many items are described as new.
If the buyer is that “unlucky” and difficult, it’s better to just let it go, cancel the purchases, and blacklist them.
