I was refused pickup of a package sent with Poste, at the pickup point indicated on eBay.
So it was returned to the sender and now I’ll have to pay additional shipping. The reason given by the pickup point: they didn’t know me. But what kind of pickup point is that?,?

Mentore3 years agoOr it was sent by registered mail... the FermoPoint can’t accept it, it’s written in their rules too.
