I was sold a fake perfume... Help!!
Summary: sebastiano8095 bought a perfume that turned out to be fake from a seller near Düsseldorf, about 30 km away. Even though the seller privately admitted on eBay that the item is fake, they only offered half the refund. sebastiano8095 wants eBay to step in directly, since they have already provided photo evidence of the problem, and they are trying to avoid direct contact with the seller. They are waiting for a quick response from eBay to resolve the issue.
The seller doesn't live far away .. I’m in Germany and he’s in Dusseldorf, about 30km from me ... I’m afraid of repercussions.. I’m asking for a full refund without me having to step in directly .. in the private chat on eBay he more or less admits that, even though it’s fake, he wants to get me back only half of the amount spent.... I don’t think that’s fair for a fake... He offered me a refund but I ignored him... I want to avoid replying. I want eBay to act directly since I posted the photos of the perfume and the non-compliant atomizer....
I’m waiting as quickly as possible for a response and a private eBay service because of a personal constraint
