I requested a refund that never arrived, I opened a dispute, then an appeal. They told me my code was not correct so it wasn’t shipped and they closed it on me. Today I went to the courier and I have the delivery receipt, and the code was correct. This does not seem like correct or professional behavior on eBay’s part
