In December I reported account cloning to Ebay and phantom charges for Ebay purchases I never made. Ebay says we don't detect any problems. I block the card, I'm forced to replace it at my own expense and I remove it from Ebay. Later someone buys an item from me that I never get paid for. The payment is suspended by Ebay, which forces me to ship anyway and tells me they'll pay me after I've shipped. Obviously I don't ship anything without getting paid first. The buyer opens a dispute and PayPal refunds him. Ebay, without ever paying me anything, tells me that I have € 9.80 in fees to pay. I open a dispute as well and Ebay insists that I settle the bill. What's happening to the Ebay platform? I'm tempted to go to the competent authorities. Advice welcome.
