It turns out that you sold the modem... if the sale didn't go through, you need to cancel it yourself within 30 days.

Also, you used the Reserve Price, which is a paid option.

Thanks, first of all I didn’t sell the modem, the customer asked me to
cancel the payment because he didn’t want it anymore and the eBay system
wouldn’t let him do it and he asked me to do it, I canceled it
after a few days....
I’ve already closed my eBay account because I’ve already seen that the big online
stores, which are supposed to be the best, have become scammers like
the whole internet world.....
Man is the nastiest and most dishonest animal in the universe, a carnivorous
animal kills another animal to eat, whereas man is never
satisfied, there are men who have so much money that they could help those who
really need it, but instead they throw it away...
