Discussion interactions are currently paused.
They suspended the sale of one of my items, but there are other identical ones to mine, what should I do?
"This order contains a listing that violates the rules" there are 4 pages of generic reasons but I didn’t understand why they suspended me, while there are still other items identical to mine still regularly for sale.
EBAY mystery?

Sorry, it is not a medical device sold in pharmacies and no prescription is required either, but it is a sensor for measuring blood glucose, which works through an app on the smartphone, they advertise it everywhere including on TV, and anyone can buy it freely, in pharmacies, medical supply stores, supermarkets and also online.
Of course I am not a pharmacy, but neither are the other sellers, who are selling dozens of them at the moment, freely on EBAY identical, exactly the same as mine, I think they are.

Mentore1 year agoBut you can’t sell them anyway, and if you don’t comply with eBay’s requirements, they’ll end up permanently suspending your account.
This applies to you as well as to everyone else who doesn’t have the right to sell items of this kind.

Mentore1 year agoGood... so think about what YOU can’t sell and don’t think about others... mere belief does not justify putting a prohibited item up for sale!
