I'm getting something delivered that I never bought
Good morning,
how do I block a purchase that was never made but appears in the purchase history?
The seller does not accept returns.

Mentore2 years ago..... if an item is being delivered to you that shows up as purchased and paid for in your purchase history and if you're sure it wasn't you who did it, check who has access to your account and your payment methods before reporting it to the authorities and blocking the card.

if you find the purchase in your history, someone made it... that’s beyond a doubt!
If it has also been paid for, the matter is even more serious!
So if the seller does not accept returns, you will be forced to keep it.
It’s different if you haven’t paid; you can kindly ask the seller to cancel it, otherwise you will receive a warning for unpaid item... the first one doesn’t carry much weight on your account, but the more you collect, the more your presence on eBay will become complicated, up to expulsion.
