Threats from the seller
Good evening, I made a purchase and paid with PayPal and right away I received the email confirming the payment. On eBay it shows as paid, the item is shipped regularly and I leave feedback. Since yesterday the seller has been telling me that the money still hasn’t been credited to him and that he wants me to make a bank transfer, otherwise he’ll call debt collection. Opinions? Thanks a lot for the help

OP2 years agoWell, threatening to send a complaint and debt collection honestly doesn't seem like a small thing to me.

Mentore2 years agoYou wrote the complaint just now... but in the previous message there is no hint of any threat... moreover, the issue of debt collection by a private individual... if they are private, that is... is a joke!

How long do I have to wait for the refund? Immediate
Why do I have to do this operation? Because you are responsible for the payment having paid through an indirect system.

Mentore2 years agoTell him to calm down and read how eBay works... you paid eBay... it’ll be eBay that pays him, if he’s a new seller, he’ll have to wait at least 15 days!
