Postal police threat
I'll keep it short.
I win an item at auction for a really good price.
2 days later the guy cancels my order and refunds me, saying he lost my package before shipping it. I tell him I'll wait in case he finds it.
5 days later I get tired of waiting and leave a negative but honest review, in which I specify that the seller refunded me right away but lost my package (since this is an admitted case of negligence, I consider this transaction negative; since the item for sale is an old foreign product, I can only get it again by spending three times as much).
In my feedback I was honest as you can see from the image, also specifying his refund, but he contacted me on my private cell phone threatening to report me to the postal police.
Did I do anything illegal?
Does he have valid grounds for a complaint?
Should I ask eBay to delete the feedback even though I have no idea how to do it? Or am I right and shouldn't he be threatening me on my cell phone?

Mentore2 years agoWithout getting into the merits, the feedback is formally correct, in my opinion it doesn’t violate eBay’s rules or defamation laws. He could even report you (I highly doubt it), but it shouldn’t come to anything. If he calls you back, record the phone call.

Do you think I should have left neutral feedback rather than negative?

Mentore2 years agoYou can't edit the feedback without its request form. If you accept the revision, the feedback disappears.
