mini battery-powered saw no longer works
last year I bought ( from an Italian seller with thousands of positive feedbacks ) a mini battery-powered saw , used a few times, it no longer works , I contacted the seller but he didn't reply to me , any advice ? should I contact support directly ? the item is made in China

Mentore3 years agoIt’s unlikely that the Chinese manufacturer will take on the warranty that is the responsibility of the EU professional seller.
If they don’t respond, you can send them a formal notice letter (you can find lots of examples on consumer association websites and also on Google), or you can also file a complaint with AGCM.
