I use eBay for purchases and rarely for sales...I find it quite complicated..
One of my items listed for sale was bought and paid for on 24/02 Since I'm not a frequent seller, I opened the app on 01/03 and saw a message from the buyer asking about the missing shipment....., plus a delayed shipping notification from eBay ..Given that I didn't receive the payment because it was blocked for strange security reasons, to avoid further inconvenience I asked
the buyer to cancel the order and request a refund.
Now I ask ...isn't it more logical to send an "e-mail" so you're promptly informed ...also so you don't have to keep going into the App to see whether the item has been sold? ..

Finally, it doesn’t seem very fair to ask the buyer to cancel the order. OP1 year agoThanks for the update..I find the whole procedure a bit complicated..I'm almost 80 and have little experience..
Anyway, I managed to communicate with the buyer and cancel the sale.
I repeat..I did not carry out the shipment only because I did not receive any notification....
