following your decision made in favor of the seller, which you made regarding the dispute opened by you as well, and that I only had to wait for the label to return the item to the seller, you turned in favor of those who ship damaged goods, and not in favor of those who receive damaged goods, I am left to make the decision that I will never buy again on your platform because I do not feel protected as a buyer given your wrong decision, because the fear that it will happen again exists .

If the procedure is followed correctly, the seller must send the buyer a return label.
If that didn’t happen, you must have made some mistake.
On eBay the buyer is protected much more than the seller.
