Edit shipping conditions
I sold a watch, but the customer is asking that it be shipped to his address instead of coming to pick it up at my address, as I mistakenly stated in the listing. How could I go about changing this condition? I’m also willing to ship it at my own expense. Thanks

Mentore4 months agoThe best thing would be to cancel the sale (because of address issues) and then edit the listing so the customer can place the order again correctly.
If it’s a shipment, you wouldn’t have any way to prove delivery and you’d be in the buyer’s hands. It’s up to you to decide whether it’s worth it.
