Changing the total of an invoice after the buyer has already paid
Good evening. A customer asked me for a discount and I agreed to charge him 15 euros total for an item that would cost 9.00 euros plus shipping by courier (which I pay 7.50 myself). Unfortunately, he paid right away and so I would like to know if it is still possible to modify the invoice total. Thanks to anyone who can help me solve the problem.

if you have already paid... obviously not, you can no longer change anything!
At most, once delivery has taken place, you can issue them a partial refund.
