Modification of the condition of a used item
Hello, I have a problem with publishing my used items. I use the Shopify Marketplace Connect app and as soon as the item is uploaded to eBay I change its condition from new (published by default) to used. I save the change and it seems fine, but after a few hours it automatically switches back to new, making customers unsure.
Has this happened to anyone before?

if the management software performs automated updates, it’s obvious that it updates everything from the beginning... so you need to find out how to change the setting in the management software.
