Good evening, one of my buyers left me the wrong feedback. It was meant for another seller
He can't edit it.
What can I do? I’m stuck with a negative feedback that doesn’t concern me

Mentore3 years agoUnfortunately, more than 30 days have passed, you can no longer submit a review request... if you had any available...
The only way, as already suggested, is to have support remove it for you.

Mentore3 years agoA feedback with the word "fraudster" can easily be removed by ebay at your request, but you can also send the buyer a request to revise the feedback, which they will accept and modify.
