change item from shipped to delivered

Hello everyone,

a quick clarification, I sold an item that was shipped with tracking code included.

Why can’t I change the item from shipped to delivered?

Because you can't... it's the system that automatically marks the status as "Delivered" only if you enter the tracking and carrier correctly.

Anyway, it doesn't serve to unlock your funds... the block is precautionary for at least 15 days.

Just remember to switch to a professional account by entering your VAT number... as a private seller and with what you sell, you "look" like an unauthorized seller!
