Return procedure change
I received an item that did not meet my expectations, so I started a return for a defective or incomplete item, then I agreed with the seller to cancel the return and make another one for a change of mind. Now I'm stuck because it isn't possible to modify a closed return

you could have easily agreed to proceed and you would ship at your own expense.
When you closed the procedure, didn’t a warning message appear? It told you that if you closed it you could no longer open any others.
