change delivery times

good morning everyone
I wanted to know whether, in your opinion, it is possible to modify the delivery time indicated by Ebay when shipping a sold item.
I sold an item to Mexico, and when I entered the tracking number on Ebay, an estimated delivery date appeared. Now I can see that the delivery is definitely late and I would like to change the date indicated by Ebay to update it with a more likely one.
I would like to do this because it happened to me once that, after selling an item, the buyer waited for the date indicated by ebay as the estimated delivery date to expire and immediately opened a dispute for item not received. At that point I had to contact Ebay and fortunately the item arrived a few days later, otherwise the buyer would have been given the benefit of the doubt and they would have "stolen" my money.
