Modify a shipping type for a sale made for a customer from Germany that does not
Good morning I have a customer who bought a book from Germany and cannot change the shipping, they are in difficulty. I have restrictions from you that are unfair and I can't access the transaction in the sale and change the shipping. Can you help me

if you have restrictions, you need to resolve them first... otherwise you can't modify anything.
