MONDIAL RELAY - HR PARCEL

Hi, since Feb 8 a package I bought from France has been on its way, with Mondial Relay, then passed to My-Hermes IT, and finally it ended up under HR PARCEL (I've read some not-so-flattering things about these three couriers, unfortunately').
Since Feb 14 it shows as having arrived at the Milan branch, and this morning it says "out for delivery" and the recent location is still Milan, but the package has to reach central Italy (so quite far from Milan).
As far as you know, once the package gets to Milan, is it then handed over to another courier (e.g. SDA, POSTE ITALIANE etc), and on the HR PARCEL website does it always still show Milan as the location, or are they actually delivering it randomly to some home in Milan?

OP1 year agoI'm updating this in case the same problem happens to someone else... The item arrived today at 6 p.m.; on the "Hr Parcel" site it still shows Milan, but in reality the package is already in the destination city. So if you see the words "out for delivery" but the city shown isn't yours, it means the tracking doesn't update the destination city, but the item is still out for delivery in your city.
If you try to contact the chat BOT, it still tells you that you'll receive the item today and that the package is therefore in the destination city.

For over 10 years we have been widely present throughout the Italian territory.
HR Parcel is part of the Group headed by Sailpost S.p.A., a leader in the provision of postal services ...... the only real alternative to Poste Italiane’s logistics and postal network.
So your concern is understandable.
