my account doesn’t send any new listing or price modification or any reminder to followers or clients
hello everybody
i checked my account don’t send any:
New item listed
price modification
reminder
to my followers or in general to somebody has viewed an item
i’ve another account and it DOES! i crossed following
some item and on a side i receive reminders on the other
side nothing at all
that means one account send reminders for an item followed regarding price modification , offer, reminder
in general but the other account does nothing even if i take some action on listed items

what could be the issue?
is there anything i can do by myself or i have to contact
support?
