Good morning, the order in question has never arrived, I contacted the seller and they always told me to wait because shipments were delayed due to the war in the Middle East. Ebay closed this request because there has been no activity in the last 21 business days.
how do I do the refund procedure?

Mentore3 months agoWith eBay you can't do anything anymore, either you turn to PayPal - if you used it for the payment - or do a chargeback with your credit card.
