I've heard it all... if only I'd read it earlier 😟

Hello everyone,
I would like to reply to some of you ..but I can't, so I'm writing to all of you.
Reading your requests and comments, I've truly seen it all.
Unfortunately, at my expense, I realized too late that eBay has become a scam site.
An non-existent customer service that replies with copy and paste.
It always sides with customers even when they are real scammers.
When a seller unfortunately finds themselves trapped in one of the nets they call a return or dispute, the poor thing is done for.
There is no way to have a decent communication with someone from customer service and you are sent from page to page with no solution found; at best you are directed to the community, that is, this group. I would say that is a sign of very little seriousness.
eBay has recently partnered with packlink and advertises it as a very convenient and excellent service. I had a terrible experience and unfortunately discovered too late how fraudulent this partnership is and how packlink is truly a site worthy of jail.
After reading all sorts of things and after having this awful experience, I decided to withdraw all the items I had for sale on eBay and to no longer sell on this awful site.
I think my opinion of eBay will be from zero to below zero from now on.
I'm sorry for those who, like me, will find themselves caught up in very bad situations and lose money, as happened to me. Unfortunately, until there is clarity within this site, a lot of people will be scammed.
Bye everyone.

Mentore1 year agoThese are the risks inherent in all distance sales, on all platforms since payments are intermediated and guaranteed by credit cards and intermediaries like Klarna, PayPal etc…
To avoid risks, you should sell only with in-person exchange and cash payment.
