Need for proof of purchase
Good morning, I bought a smartphone about a year ago on the eBay platform, and I need to take it in for service. I don’t have the purchase receipt, and I contacted the seller several times, but I didn’t get the courtesy of a reply.
How can I retrieve the document?

Mentore2 weeks agoIf you didn’t request it at the same time as the order from the EU professional seller, you can no longer have it.
