What could have happened, was it the seller who scammed me, or something with the post office, the package was supposed to arrive in the south, it’s going completely north

Ask the seller if they’d be kind enough to send you a copy of their shipping receipt, so you can figure out whether it’s a problem with the seller or the courier.
